QuickifyApp checks your whole online store for the SEO problems that keep it off Google, then helps you fix them. This guide shows you around and walks you through a good first day, from your first scan to your first fixes.

Find your way around

After you sign in, you land on the Projects page. Three parts of the screen matter most.

QuickifyApp Projects page on a laptop with three numbered areas: the left menu with every tool, the plan bar showing scans and AI generations left, and a store card with its health score.
  1. The menu on the left. Every tool lives here: Site Health, the AI writing tools, keyword research, backlinks, your Google Business Profile check and the Content & Social Calendar.

  2. The plan bar at the top. It shows your plan, how many AI generations you've used this month and how many scans you have left. It updates as you go, so you always know where you stand.

  3. Your store cards. Each connected store gets a card with its health score from 0 to 100, its issue counts and a small trend line of recent scans. Click Open report for the full picture or Rescan after you've made changes.

Your first day in five steps

1. Add your store and run a scan

Click Add project, type your store address and pick a scan. You don't need to install anything or give us admin access. We read your store from the outside, the way Google does. The full walkthrough, including which scan to pick, is in Your first SEO audit.

2. Start at the top of your issue list

When the scan finishes, open your report and scroll to Top Priority Issues. This is your to-do list, already sorted so the most expensive problems come first.

Top Priority Issues in Site Health on a tablet, with the group of issues stopping pages from being found, one issue marked Fix in platform, and the link to the full issues page.
  1. Stopping you being found. Google can't reach or list these pages at all, so fix them before anything else.

  2. Each issue tells you how to fix it. "Fix in platform" means you change a setting in your store admin, and we show you exactly where to click for your platform. Issues the AI can write for you link straight to the right tool.

  3. Open the full issues page to see every problem and the exact pages that have it.

3. Let the AI tools write the fixes

A lot of SEO work is writing: titles, descriptions, product copy and image alt text. That's where the AI tools save you hours. Here's the Meta Tags Generator writing a new title and description for a product page, with a preview of how it will look on Google.

Each run uses one AI generation. Your plan bar shows how many you have left this month.

4. Find keywords you can actually win

Before you rewrite a page, check what people really search for. Premium Keyword Research shows real search volume, how hard each keyword is and which ones are quick wins. It's included on the Business and Pro plans.

5. Rescan and watch your score climb

Once you've fixed a batch of issues, go back to Projects and click Rescan. Your health score and issue counts update, and History in Site Health lets you compare scans side by side so you can see what improved.

Tip: Don't try to fix everything in one go. Clear the issues stopping you being found, then work through the rest a few at a time and rescan.

What your plan includes

Every plan, including the 3-day free trial, runs the same 45+ SEO checks and gives you fix steps for your platform. Plans differ in how many scans and AI generations you get each month, how many stores you can connect, and whether keyword research, backlink analysis and the Google Business Profile check are included. QuickifyApp plans compared has the full side-by-side.
