Your first SEO audit answers one question: how healthy is your store right now? QuickifyApp reads your store page by page, the way Google does, and turns what it finds into a score and a to-do list. This guide walks you through it, from adding your store to knowing which page to fix first.

In short: add your store, pick a scan, confirm, and wait a few minutes. You get a health score from 0 to 100, your issues sorted into Critical, Warnings and Notices, and a list of what to fix first. Nothing is used up until you confirm.

Step 1: Add your store and choose a scan

Open Projects and click Add project. If you already have a store connected, click Rescan on its card instead.

The Add a project window on a tablet with the website address entered, a note to allow QuickifyAppBot through Cloudflare or a firewall, and the Quick, Standard and Full scan options.
  1. Type your store address, like yourstore.com. You don't need to install anything or share a password.

  2. Using Cloudflare or a firewall? Allow our crawler, QuickifyAppBot, before you scan. Otherwise some pages get blocked and your report only covers the ones we could reach. Our crawler page has the steps for every platform.

  3. Pick how deep to go.

How many of each you get depends on your plan. Business, for example, includes unlimited Quick scans, 8 Standard scans and 2 Full scans a month. QuickifyApp plans compared lists every allowance. Click Continue when you're ready.

Step 2: Check it's your store, then start

Before anything runs, we show you what we found at that address so a typo never costs you a scan.

The confirmation step on a tablet showing the store name and address to check, a note that scanning uses one Standard scan, and the Change and Yes, scan it buttons.
  1. Check the name and address. If your store redirects somewhere else, you'll see a note here too.

  2. See exactly what it costs. The line under it tells you which scan will be used, for example one Standard scan.

  3. Change or confirm. Click Change to go back, or Yes, scan it to start.

The scan runs in the background, so you can keep using the app or close the tab and come back later.

Step 3: Read your health score

When the scan is done, open the report in Site Health. The top of the page gives you the big picture.

Top of the Site Health report on a tablet: the health score of 26 out of 100, the counts of pages, critical issues, warnings and notices, and the History, Re-crawl and Export PDF buttons.
  1. Your health score, from 0 to 100. Red means critical problems, yellow means work to do, green means healthy. The line under it tells you how it changed since your last scan.

  2. What we found. Pages scanned, then the issues split three ways:

    • Critical: problems that stop Google from listing pages, like broken pages, broken links or missing product data.

    • Warnings: things that hold your rankings back, like missing descriptions or images without alt text.

    • Notices: small polish items you can leave until last.

  3. History, Re-crawl and Export PDF. Compare scans, run a new one, or download a report to share.

Right under the score you'll also see your platform, your theme and quick checks for HTTPS, your sitemap and robots.txt.

Step 4: Work through the report

Scroll down and the report goes through your store one area at a time. Each area has a Fix first list and a Worth tidying list, so you always know what matters most.

Titles and Descriptions and Images sections of Site Health on a laptop, showing the Fix first lists for shared titles and missing alt text, and the Write better titles with AI link.
  1. Titles and descriptions show what shoppers read in Google before they click. Pages sharing a title or missing a description go at the top.

  2. Images show how many of your pictures have alt text. Google can't see images, so it reads that text instead.

  3. Shortcuts to the AI tools. Links like "Write better titles with AI" open the right tool so you can fix the problem straight away.

Further down you'll find duplicates, page addresses, your technical setup (security, indexing, mobile, product data, redirects), site speed, content depth, keywords, and how your pages link together, including pages nothing links to.

When you're not sure where to start, go to Top Priority Issues. It splits everything into two groups: Stopping you being found and Holding your rankings back. Always clear the first group before the second. A page Google can't reach can't rank, however good it is.

Step 5: Find the exact pages to fix

At the bottom of the report, the Page Explorer lists every page we scanned.

Page Explorer in Site Health on a laptop, with the Export CSV button, the filters for all issues, orphan pages, products and categories, and a page row showing its type, depth, score, issues and status code.
  1. Export CSV downloads the whole list for a spreadsheet, a teammate or a developer.

  2. Filters narrow it down to pages with issues, orphan pages, deep pages, products, categories or blog posts. You can also search by address or title.

  3. Each row shows the page type, how many clicks it is from your homepage, its score, its errors and warnings, and its status code. A 404 means the page is broken.
