3. AI CONTENT AND DATA

Your Input Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into our AI tools. When you use an AI feature, that input is sent to our application platform (Base44) and, through it, to a third-party AI model provider to generate a response for you.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI based on your input belongs to you.

Generation History: We store the inputs and outputs of your AI generations in our own database as part of your account history (so you can see and reuse past results). This data is retained until you delete it or close your account, subject to Section 6.

Use by Our Platform and Model Providers: Our application platform, Base44, may use workspace data — which can include the inputs and outputs of your AI generations — to train and improve its AI models, depending on our subscription plan with Base44. Independently, the underlying AI model provider processes your input under its own data retention and training policies, which we do not control. We do not ourselves separately use your data to train any AI model we own.

4. INFORMATION SHARING

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate our Services (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting providers)
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
