Write SEO-friendly copy without starting from scratch

Writing high-converting, search-optimized copy for your store takes time. The QuickifyApp Content Writer acts as your personal copywriter, turning basic product details into human-sounding text that search engines actually understand.

Whether you are building product pages, collection descriptions, or blog posts, this tool handles the heavy lifting.

Key takeaways:

  • Import existing page details instantly using a URL, or enter them manually.
  • Generate full page layouts or just a targeted H1 heading.
  • Export a complete SEO package that includes body copy, image alt text, and JSON-LD schema.
  • Get customized backlink outreach ideas based on your specific product.

Step 1: Import your page details

You have two ways to give the tool its raw information:

  • Fetch from URL (only available to business and Pro users): If you already have a live page that needs better copy, paste the link into the "Fetch from a page URL" box and click Fetch. The tool reads the page, detects the format, and pre-fills the details for you.
  • Manual Entry: If you are building a brand-new page from scratch, skip the URL fetch and move straight to selecting your page type.

Step 2: Choose your page type and output

This step gives the generator its blueprint. First, select your Page Type from the dropdown menu:

  • Product page: For individual items (e.g., StyleCraft Reign Clipper).
  • Collection / category page: For group pages (e.g., All Barber Tools).
  • Blog / article page: For educational posts or company news.
  • Local service / Location page: For service businesses (e.g., Austin Emergency Plumbers).
  • Other page: For standard website information like About, Contact, or Policy pages.

Next, select What to Generate:

  • Full page content: Writes the entire layout, including the main heading, persuasive body copy, feature highlights, and an FAQ section. Perfect for fixing "thin" pages.
  • Just the H1 heading: Generates only a focused, high-impact title. Ideal if an SEO audit flagged your page for a missing or duplicate H1 tag.

Step 3: Add your core details

The input fields change based on the page type you selected in Step 2.

For a Product Page:

Enter the Product Name, Brand, Category, and a list of Key Features (like motor speeds, battery life, or included accessories).

For a Collection Page:

Enter the Collection Name, Brand, Category, and a brief rundown of the items found in this group.

For a Blog Post:

Enter the Article Title, the main Topic, and the Key Points you want the article to cover.

For a Local Service Page:

Enter the Service Name, the specific Location/City (critical for local SEO), and a breakdown of the work you offer.

For Other Pages:

Enter the Page Name, its core Purpose, and the key information or company story you want to share.

Step 4: Set your keywords and brand voice

These shared fields ensure your content targets the right search queries and sounds like your business.

  • Primary Keyword: Your main target search term (e.g., "StyleCraft Reign").
  • Secondary Keywords: Supporting search terms. Type one and press Enter to add it to the list.
  • Target Audience: Tell the writer exactly who is reading (e.g., "Professional barbers").
  • Tone: Select your brand voice (e.g., Professional, Casual, Urgent) so the content matches your store's personality.

Once your fields are set, click the purple Generate Content button.

Step 5: Review and export your SEO package

After a few seconds, your finished content appears on the right side of the screen. The tool doesn't just give you a block of text; it gives you a complete, ready-to-publish package.

1. The H1 Heading and Body Content

At the top, you will see an optimized H1 Page Heading. The tool confirms if the character count is ideal and if your primary keyword is placed correctly. Below that is your Page Body, structured with H2 and H3 subheadings, bulleted lists, and a Frequently Asked Questions section.

Action: Click the Copy Body button and paste the text directly into your website builder, like Shopify or WordPress.

2. Link-Building Ideas

Great content needs backlinks to rank. The tool reads your specific product and suggests real-world outreach ideas. For example, it might suggest pitching your new clipper to grooming websites for "Best Professional Tools" roundups.

3. Image Alt Text and Filename Tips

Search engines cannot "see" images, so you have to describe them. The generator provides ready-to-use Alt Text descriptions for your photos. It also reminds you of crucial image SEO rules.

Action: Save your images in modern formats like WebP (see Google's guide to image optimization), keep them under 150KB, and use the suggested hyphenated filenames (e.g., stylecraft-reign-clipper.webp) before uploading.

4. Product Schema (JSON-LD)

Schema markup is the code that tells Google your price, stock status, and review ratings, allowing them to show up directly in search results. Learn more about how this works on the Schema.org Product documentation.

Action: Click Show to reveal the code block, copy it, and paste it into the HTML or Custom Liquid section of your page.

Final checks before you publish

Before you push your new content live, run it through a quick quality check.

Paste your new product copy into the free Product Description Checker to verify it hits the right readability score. Then, use the free Google SERP Preview Tool to ensure your new H1 and meta description look perfect on mobile and desktop.

Finally, add your store to Projects and run the On-Page SEO Analyzer to confirm your new page is fully optimized and ready to rank.
